“Because We Care”

The history of King’s Funeral Home began about 20yrs ago when a structure that was once a Methodist Church in Lake Charles became a vision for a new future providing a service that is understood by many and valued by even more.   A family owned operation was the birth of this old building located on one of the City’s busiest street traveling north and south known as Hwy 14, now known as Gerstner Memorial Blvd.  Through time we have added amenities that include a wider street with the abilities to turn directly into not only our facility, but others.  With renovations, we now have a large parking lot, handicapped accessible facilities, large chapel, private state room, two private family arrangement rooms, kid’s corner, and a hospitality room for private counseling from clergy.

We are family owned and operated to make life’s natural discernment as pleasant as possible by offering our compassionate staff and expertise to answer those difficult questions. We are located in the heart of the city and have a selection of services to accommodate most all needs to fulfill a variety of choices for all religious beliefs.
