Albert "Jimboy" Minor, Jr. was born November 6, 1954 in Lafayette, LA. He was a life-long resident of Lake Charles, LA. He served his country as a E3 CDL U.S. Marine. Albert was a long time committed custodian at Sowela Technical University. He was a loving, caring person who was devoted to his family and friends. Anytime you saw him he had a smile on his face.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his mother, Thelma Minor; his sisters, Beverly Evans (Brazil), Tammy Robertson (Mark), Dannie Rankins, Pamela Vital (David), Laura Denson (Solomon), Janet Minor (Edward Lemons) all of Lake Charles, LA, and Jessica Denson (John), of Beaumont Texas; his brothers, Alfred Minor and Robert Minor (Brenda) of Lake Charles, LA, Craig Minor (Alice) of Baytown, TX, Mark Minor and Jason Minor of Lake Charles, LA; Aunt Marie James, Uncle Gerald and Aaron all of New Iberia as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Albert was preceded in death by his father, Albert Minor, Sr.
