On February 18, 1980, in Lake Charles, LA, a beautiful baby boy , Alfred James Daniels, Jr., was born to Mr. Alfred Daniels and Sandra Jack. He was the first born and nicknamed, "Big Al" and his mother's 'Sun Rise'. He loved his kids and enjoyed playing with them. He also enjoyed reading, swimming and watching karate movies.

Alfred graduated from Channelview High School and attended Sowela Tech where he obtained a Welder's Certificate. He married Kealani Peleiholani on October 1, 2007, in Hilo, Hawaii and to this union five children were born. He became a member of New Day Deliverance Holiness Church under the leadership of Bishop Richard R. Taylor at a young age. He sang in the Male Chorus and the youth choir. He was an employee of NTS in construction and Calcasieu Parish Police Jury in the weight room. He was a real encouragement to anyone whose path he crossed. Alfred was loved by many. He will be missed by all that knew him. On the evening of Tuesday, October 17, 2017, he went to be with the Lord.

Alfred leaves to carry on his legacy: his father, Alfred J. Daniels, Sr.; his mother, Sandra Jack; his wife, Kealani Peleiholani; two sons, Keahi Peleiholani, Lokahi Peleiholani; three daughters, Makeda Peleiholani, Indira Divine Peleiholani and Elizabeth Peleiholani; one sister, Tiffaney Doomes; his grandmother, Mable Jack and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home, Evangelist Irene Price officiating. Burial will follow in Combre Memorial Park under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
