IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Alise Danielle
Citizen
August 2, 1990 – February 9, 2026
Alise Danielle “Lise” Citizen, 35, was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, on August 2, 1990, into a loving family as the second daughter and youngest child, joining her incredible sister Alexis, and two awesome parents, Shelton and Jessica. On Monday, February 9, her earthly journey was completed, as she departed this life at Ochsner Medical Center – Baton Rouge.
Lise graduated from St. Louis Catholic High School in 2009, and attended McNeese State University and Sowela Community College. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant. She later attended and graduated from Unitech Training Academy where she became a phlebotomist and was soon to begin her dream job of being a banking associate before her illness prevented her from doing so. Her hobbies included praise dancing, listening to all genres of music, studying the Bible, and playing and watching basketball.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, where as a youth she participated in Junior Daughters and was on the Praise Dance Team.
Lise is preceded in death by her father, Shelton J. Citizen, her maternal grandmother, and both paternal grandparents.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Londyn Grace Citizen; mother, Jessica F. Citizen; sister, Alexis F. Citizen; grandfather, Rodney Savoy, Sr.; nieces Gabby and Riley Citizen; her sister-friends, Gabbi, Toni, Vicki, and Brandi; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 14 beginning at 9am for Visitation at King’s Funeral Home. A Rosary will be held at 10:00am in the Chapel.
