Amos M. Readeaux, 55, departed this life on Friday, January 1, 2021, at Allen Oaks Rehabilation Center in Oakdale, LA.  He was born  September 29, 1965, to Joseph Readeaux and Geraldine Tezeno in Lafayette, LA.  He was a cook whom everybody loved.  His amazing smile and warm heart would capture your heart.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, Joseph Readeaux and Geraldine Tezeno; four brothers, Joseph O. Readeaux (Myrthis), Leo Readeaux, Eric Readeaux and Shaun Readeaux (Amber) and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Amos will be sorely missed by everyone. We love you Amos.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in LaMarque, TX, Rev. Chacko Puthumayil, officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Dickinson, TX, under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
