Annette "Nett" Marie Armelin was born March 15, 1959, the fifth child to Albert Sr. and Mary Semien Armelin. Annette was always very active in sports and loved to play dominos after Sunday dinner. She loved baking, crocheting blankets as gifts, singing songs and spending time with her family especially with her two grandbabies.  Annette departed this life on Thursday, March 17, 2016, at Christus St. Patrick Hospital, after a long fight with her health.

Annette was preceded in death by her father, Albert Armelin, Sr., two sisters, Barbara and Gwendolyn Armelin.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Mary Armelin; twin daughters, Alyssa (Shannon) Armelin-Guidry, and Ashley Armelin; two grandsons, Shannon and Aeron Guidry; her four siblings, Albert Jr. (Ruby) Armelin, Paul Sr. (Barbara) Armelin, Martin Armelin and Alicia (Terry) Armelin-Joseph; one godchild, Taylor Joseph; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She will be greatly missed!

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home, Pastor Doyle Evans, officiating.  Burial will be in Perkins Cemetery under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
