On February 28, 1978, Augusta Deon Belton was born to Michael and Verna Belton in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Cherishing his memories are parents, father, Michael Belton; mother and stepfather, Verna and Jonathan Ruffin; two sons, Jeremiah and Elijah Belton; his stepdaughters, Jamelia and Deja Lewis; mother of his children, Marcia Lewis; three brothers, Adriene Stevens, Jonathan Isiah Ruffin I, Chance Victorian of Lake Charles; grandmother, Beatrice Lewis; grandfather, Bill Miller; great grandmother, Rose Lewis; four aunts, Karen Sylvester, Abby Rosamore and Marie Gibson of Lake Charles; Bernice Egbun of Katy, Texas; four uncles, Billy Ray Miller, David Miller, Ronnie Belton, and Pawer Belton all of Lake Charles; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2003, at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home.
