Benny Ray Green , 58, departed this life on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, in Lafayette, LA.  He was born May 24, 1962, to Willie Green and  Elizabeth Beverly Green in Lake Charles, LA.  He worked at Lake Charles Care Center.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Praylie Marie Green; four children, Jonathon Brooks, Chris Green, Craig Green and Crystal Green; five siblings, Wallace (Ezella) Livings of Lake Charles, LA, Lester (Margaret) Livings of Rayne, LA, Mattie (Maurice) Sanders, Julia (Alfred) Hamilton and Deatrice (Clarence) Jones all of Houston, TX; seven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Willie and Elizabeth Green; one son, Quinten Mayne; three brothers, James Green, Willie Green and Frank Green and two sisters, Carlin Carter and Cynthia Thierry.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home.
