Brayden Jamal Alfred , 1 year and 6 months, was born May 2, 2014, in Lake Charles, LA. Baby Brayden received his wings on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.

Brayden is the son of Kizzy Fontenot and Brandon Alfred.  He was the answer to their prayers and they waited for him with joyful expectation.  During his visit on earth, he enjoyed listening to music, cuddling with his soft toys and being held close by his parents.  He was loved by all who met him and will be greatly missed.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, Brandon Alfred and Kizzy Fontenot; his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Joshua; his paternal grandparents, Joseph Alfred and Chantel Alfred; his aunts, uncles and a host of other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at King's Funeral Home, with Rev. Joseph Chapman officiating.  At the family's request, burial will be private with immediate family only at Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
