Cerisa Lynn Epps , 43, departed this life on Friday, February 12, 2021, at Christus St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles, LA.  She was born July 24, 1977, to Freddie Wiltz and Doris Lewis Epps in Lake Charles, LA.  She worked at Compassionate Day Health Care.  She loved cooking, caring for people and working in her yard.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Doris Kennerson; one daughter, Daja Freeman; siblings, Zabrina Epps, Frietta Epps and Dorian Lewis; maternal grandparents, Lucille Thomas and Oscar Lewis and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Darrell G. Epps and her paternal grandparents.

Cremation has been entrusted to King's Funeral Home.
