Charlie May, 80, departed this life on Sunday, March 31, 2019, at Holly Hill Nursing Home in Sulphur, LA. He was born July 22, 1938, to CD May and Irene Craft May in McComb, MS.  He worked in transportation as a truck driver until his retirement.

He leaves to cherish his memories, five grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, CD and Irene May; his wife, Willie Dean May; two daughters, Linda May and Joyce Jason; his siblings, Peter May, Luella Quinn, Pearlie Jones and Andrew May.
