Christopher Josiah Thomas, known as "Jodayy", passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 6, 2026, in Lake Charles. He was 28 years old. Christopher was born in January 1998, to Kwan Frederick and Stephanie Thomas and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He loved spending time with family and friends and detailing vehicles.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his father Kwan Frederick; his mother and stepfather, Stephanie and Gary Walker; his siblings, Damontre Thomas, Destani Thomas, Ceymon Thomas, Deasia Francis, De'Janee Walker, Asa Frederick and Zack Frederick; his children Josie Atkins, Jayden Thomas, Ja'khylan Augusta, Taivon Thompson, and an unborn baby; four nieces; one nephew; and a host of other family, friends, and associates.
