Christopher DeWayne Wright , 16, departed this life on Thursday, February 23, 2017, in Lake Charles, LA. He was born on August 2, 2000, to Christopher Lorden and Cassandra Wright. Christopher was born and raised in Lake Charles and attended LaGrange High School.

Christopher leaves great memories to cherish forever. He leaves his Mother Cassandra Wright and Father Chris Lorden; five sisters, Mary Wright, Timmesha Wright, Desire Wright, Taraji Wright and Leandra Wright; one brother, JaVonte Wright; maternal grandmother, James Etta Wright and paternal grandmother, Shirley Lorden; his niece, Paislee Wright, all of Lake Charles, LA. "May His Soul Rest In Everlasting Peace".

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., and funeral service at 1:00 p.m., at New Rock of Faith Church with Pastor Theresa Henry, officiating. Burial will be in Perkins Cemetery in Westlake, LA, under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
