Clifton Senegal, Jr. age 76, passed from this life to eternal life on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in a local hospice facility. He was born on December 11, 1948, to Rosa Mouton Senegal and Clifton Senegal, Sr. in Rayne, Louisiana.
Cliff was a longtime resident of Lake Charles and had a love of muscle cars and music. He still had and drove his Chevy Camaro with pride. He worked and retired from Quality Carriers as a truck driver, where he went by the CB handle, Mr. Fortune Teller.
He leaves behind a family who will forever treasure his memories: his children, Clifton III (Sharon) Senegal, Fredrick Senegal, Rhonda Robeaux, Angela Senegal, Michael Senegal, and James (Paulette) Senegal, all of Houston, Texas; his siblings, Carrie (Harry) Stephens of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Carl Senegal, Cherlyn Lewis, Curtis (Sandra) Senegal, Paul Senegal, and Chester (Theresa) Senegal, all of Lake Charles, Louisiana; and a former spouse who remained close friends, Barbara Senegal. Last surviving maternal aunt, Corrine Batiste of Hawthorne, CA. His sixteen grandchildren and seven great children will always remember the love their grandfather showed.
Cliff was preceded in death by his parents Clifton Sr and Rosa Senegal, and a brother Calvin Senegal.
Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, November 15 at Word of Hope Family Worship Center of 3975 E. Prien Lake Road, Lake Charles, Louisiana, beginning at 9:00am. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00am in the church's sanctuary. Cremation services are entrusted to King's Funeral Home.
