Courtney Elizabeth Hoage , 29, departed this life on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 in Crowley, LA. She was born on January 29, 1988, to Gerard and Sharon Hoage in Utica, New York.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her three children, Vincent Hoage, Jazmyne Hoage, and Divine Brown all of Crowley, LA; her mother, Sharon Hoage and stepfather, Herb Fox of Crowley, LA; three sisters, Nicole Segreti of Lake Worth, TX, Danielle Hoage of Arlington, TX, and Melanie Ortiz of Crowley, LA; one brother, John Ortiz of Crowley, LA; two nieces, Raven Hoyt and Brooklynn Lee; two nephews, Nathan Aiello and Dylan Hoyt; two step sisters, Melodi Fox and Brandi Fox and a host of nieces, nehews, other relatives friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Gerard Hoage, and grandmother, Frieda Hoage.

Memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at 3:00 p.m., at Victory Gospel Lighthouse, 907 Howard Street, Jennings, LA.
