Curley L Vickers , 61, was born to the late James Vickers Sr. and Clara Mae Prudhomme Vickers on March 30, 1951. He departed this earthly life on Saturday, October 31, 2020. Curley, also known as "Bubba"  received his elementary and secondary education from Carver High School in Kinder LA.  He was a professional truck driver for 40 years and a freelance mechanic, specializing in all things, Ford!

Curley leaves to cherish his memories, Uncle Daniel and Aunt Frankie Prudhomme; six brothers, Melvin Vickers (Nancy), James Vickers, Jr. (Judy), Fred Anthony, Riland Vickers (Jackie), and Gregory Vickers; his wife, Alice Fay Jolivette and 6 children, Latorshia Jolivette (step), Tanzay Taylor, Roby Vickers, Tylice Vickers, Curley  Vickers, Theolois Vickers and life partner, Norma Drake (preceded) with three children, David Drake, Rodney Drake, Curley Drake (preceded), 30 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at 2:00 p.m., at King's Funeral Home.
