Doris Marie Williams, 50, departed this life on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Christus St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles, LA.  She was born December 11, 1971, to Jerry Thomas Williams, Sr. and Myrtle Marie McNeal Robinson in Lafayette, LA.

As a child, she was a girl scout.  She graduated from Lake Charles Boston High School where she played basketball and volleyball.  She was an outgoing person with a heart of gold.  She would help in any way if she could.  She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family.  She will never be forgotten and will be truly missed. We love you mom.  She was always smiling and had a beautiful spirit.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Myrtle Marie McNeal Robinson of Lake Charles, LA; her children, Santana (Montana) Edwards, Britney (Justin) Washington, Dyleisha Williams, Miracle Williams and Louis Jones all of Lake Charles, LA; her siblings, Jerry T. Williams, Jr., Clarence (Vankeisha) Williams, Jacqueline (Nikki) Key; her special companion, Wilson Jones, Jr.; six grandchildren, Montana, Jr., Alexis, Jamyria, Brian, Justin, Jr., and Jaiceon and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry T. Williams, Sr.; her grandmother, Eloise Williams; one granddaughter, Tiffany Williams and two uncles, Johnny Augustus and Anthony Augustus, Sr.

A wake service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., at King's Funeral Home.  On Saturday, January 29, 2022, will be a visitation at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 10:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Combre Memorial Park under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
