Doriska Ann Frank Simon, 57, was born on April 3, 1955 to Allen Frank and the late Navy Winfrey Frank in Lake Charles, LA. She departed this earthly life to be with the Lord on December 24, 2012. She leaves to cherish her memories, love and devotion to her only child; Melchezideck "Keith" (Trenda) Simon of Lake Charles, LA, 7 grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
