On Friday, December 13, 2013, while in Christus St. Patrick's Hospital, The Lord called Edward Bilbo home at the age of 76. He was a native of Lake Charles, LA. He was born November 1, 1937 to Dan and Rose Bilbo of Lake Charles, LA. He joined the Navy at the age of seventeen and served in Cuba. He was honorably discharged and made his home in Los Angeles, CA where he resided for 45 years. Upon retirement he returned to his roots in Lake Charles, LA. He was the eldest child in his family. He leaves to mourn his son, Edward Anthony Bilbo and one daughter Stephanie Bilbo both of Orange County, CA; one brother, Dan Bilbo of Denver, CO; one sister Sonnie Bilbo Brown of Lake Charles, LA; nieces; Tanya Weber of Denver, CO; Felisa Watson of Houston, TX and one great niece and one great nephew and a host of friends and family members. He was preceded in death by his parents Dan and Rose Bilbo and two brothers; Ellis and Issac Bilbo.
