Elton Toussand Sr., 76, departed this life Sunday, August 11, 2013. Elton was born November 12, 1936 in Eunice, LA. He was a resident of Lake Charles, LA., over the years. He worked in dry cleaning business after retiring at a young age and tinkered around with brother Charley at his Paint and Body Shop.
