Elverna Ann Kennerson was born on January 6, 1955, and resided in Moss Bluff and the Lake Charles area all of her life. She loved her family and her little dog, Gage, who she spent most of her time with after her son, Joshua Malveaux, left home. Her son, Joshua later married Nachelle and they had two children, Kaden and Issabella. Verna and her mother, Mary June Kennerson. shared a home and a wonderful life gardening and watching television in her past time. She went to her heavenly home on December 15. 2011 to be with our father.

She also leaves to cherish her memories, a brother, Joseph Justin Kennerson whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her biological father, Anthony Lee Kennerson, who also went home on December 15 in 1986, and as God saw fit gave her angel wings bringing her up on the same date.
