Eurick Guillory, 100, passed away on November 6, 2012. He was born on April 20, 1912 to the union of Marcel Joseph Gullory and Mazie Mae Goodeau, in Mallet, LA. He was a farmer for many years. He later moved to Lake Charles where he went to work at the Firestone Plant. He retired after 26 ½ years of service. He grew vegetables and planted fruit trees of all kinds. He also raised chickens. He lived in his home independently. He was a faithful member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic church for almost 60 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Simien Guillory, of 72 years; two daughter; Lou Ella LaFleur and Loretta Guillory; three sons; Arthur Gullory, John Guillory, and Peter Guillory. He is survive by two sons; Paul Guillory of Lake Charles, LA and Joseph (Estelle) Guillory of Moss Bluff, LA; three daughters; Lou B Jolivette, Lou E (Harry) Lemonier, and Barbara Pappillion (Al) all of Lake Charles, LA; 59 grandchildren, 116 great-grandchildren, 79 great-great-grandchildren, long time care giver Wanda Guillory, and a host of relatives and friends.
