Felton (MACK) Citizen Jr. departed this life May 12th, 2014 at 3:15pm in his home at the age of 71. He was born October 17, 1942 to Felton and Hazel Citizen Sr. in Chruch Point LA. Felton spent most of his life in Paterson, NJ and began his retirement in Willingboro, NJ before moving to Lake Charles, La. Survivors include his wife, Ella M. Citizen of Lake Charles, LA and son; Jason Michael (Suzanne M. Hopper) Citizen of Kennett Square, PA. and , one daughter; Stacy Citizen of Paterson, NJ. and a son; Adam Bellard of Church Point, LA. and four brothers; Charles (Rose) Citizen of Church Point, La; John Patrick (Gwen) Citizen and John Leander (Patricia) Citizen both of Houston, TX.; Adlia Stevenson Citizen of Church Point, La; four sisters: Mary Louella (George) Andrews, Kathleen Gallow, Katherine Aurbry all of Lake Charles, LA and Rose Ella Roberts of Beaumont, TX. 22 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. He was preceded in death his parents, Felton and Hazel Citizen.
