David "BB" Lafanette, 37, died Sunday, May 3, 2009 at 1:53AM in his Lake Charles residence.
David was born June 4, 1971 in Lake Charles to Herbert and Mary Francis Lafanette. A lifelong resident of Lake Charles, he graduated from Lake Charles Boston High School and was a former employee of Southern Scrap.
He leaves to cherish his memories one daughter, Asya "Tank" Mann; parents; four sisters, Juanita Francis, Stacey, Christa, and Margaret Lafanette; two brothers, Nicholas and Darrin Lafanette; companion, Juanita Mann all of Lake Charles; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Dave and Clara Lafanette; and paternal grandparents Sidney and Estella Francis.
