On November 28, 2013, departed this life in his home at the age of 83. Ivory was born on October 23, 1930 to Paul Wilbert Jones and Beatrice Mitchell Jones in Iowa, La. He was preceded in death by his parents;Paul Wilbert (Beatrice) Jones; one son: Tony Althony Jones, 3 sisters; Mary Bernard, Loretta Jackson Brown, Ida Jackson Styner and 2 brothers: Charlie Jackson Sr. and John Adam Jackson Sr. He leaves to mourn his wife Mable Lee Keys Jones for 58 years; sons: Ivory Jr(Joyce), Darrell (Diane) Jones Sr. and Wilbert Lee Jones all of Lake Charles; one daughter Julie(Rev. Jimmy) Butler of Houston, TX.; sister: Brenda Jackson LeBlanc of Lake Charles, Brothers; Neal Jackson of Iowa, La, Isville (Valeree) Jackson and Emory Mitchell of Houston, TX; Issac (Dale) Jackson of Lake Charles, La; Gilbert Jackson of Lake Charles, La; 6 Grand Children and 14 Great-Grand Children and a host of relatives and friends.
