Jacqueline Maria Stevens , 45, departed this life on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at her residence in Lake Charles, LA.  She was born January 22, 1977, to Mikah Stevens and Veronica Valentine in Lake Charles, LA.  She worked at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Veronica Valentine of Lake Charles, LA; her children, Carlos Stevens of Vancouver, WA, Michelle Ignacio of Ashland, OR and Quienton Del Charles of Berkely, CA; one brother, Michael Stevens of California; four grandchildren, Kai and Koa Ignacio and Jordan and Jace Stevens and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Mikah John Stevens;  one sister, Marilyn Tutson and her grandmother, May Boutte.

A visitation will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., at King's Funeral Home.
