On May 26, 1989, God breathed the breath of life into a very special 1 lb. 9 oz. baby boy, thus began the miraculous life of Jeremie Daniel Freeman born to Teffinia L Thomas and Samuel James Freeman.

On Saturday November 13, 2010 at the, age of 21 yrs. 5months and 13 days, Jeremie had his final conversation with. God and said, I love my mother, my father, Granny Mary and all of my family and friends. Above all, thank you Lord for this wonderful life you have allowed me to live but I am ready to go home.

God responded by wrapping Jeremie in his tender arms of love and carried him home to his eternal rest in Glory.

Jeremie Daniel Freeman (Jeremiah, Putt, Too-Pe-lu and mommy's baby) as he was so, lovingly called by all who knew him, cared for him and loved him. He lived a wonderful life. He gave as much love as he was given.

He attended Pearl Watson Elementary, Oak Park middle school and completed his training at LaGrange High Schools Special education program in 2007.

Celebrating Jeremie's life and legacy of love is his mother, Teffinia. L Thomas, special friend, Phillip Mitchell, his father, Samuel James Freeman (Phyllis), Grandparents, Mary L Thomas, Eddie and Catherine Arvie, and Samuel and Louella Freeman; two brothers, Jerminsky and Kobe Freeman; one sister, Chy-na. Freeman; his very special Nanny Mansana James and family, Michelle Dixson; Grandparents, Rev. James and Leona Williams and Alyce Murphy. Three aunts, Rebecca Zeno, Shondell and Tamika James. One uncle/godfather, Darrick Freeman. Godmothers Kemberlee Blount and Barbara Moss. 17 great aunts, 17 great uncles, a host of other relatives and friends. Caregivers, Tracey Bryant, Telma Hargraves and Gatina Lawrence, Andrea D. LeBlanc, and Andre Semien.

He was preceded in death by three sets of great grandparents, two, great aunts, and four great uncles.
