Obituary Jeremy Joseph "J-Dogg" Daniels died on Tuesday, August 4, 2015. He was a gift from God who was given to Christine Daniels and Mervin "Pop" Levy on July 16, 1988 in Lafayette, LA. Jeremy was a long time resident of Lake Charles, LA and a graduate of LaGrange High School. He is survived by his mother Christine Daniels of Fort Worth, TX, his father Mervin "Pop" Levy of Lafayette, LA, his paternal grandmother, Mary Emma Levy of Lafayette, LA, his sister Kizzy Sapp and her husband, John Sapp of Fort Worth TX, his brother Roderick Daniels and his fiancée, Susie Sonnier of Sulphur LA. He leaves to mourn his three beautiful children Jayshawn Moses (8), Tatyana Daniels (7) and Arianna Daniels (6) of Lake Charles LA and his long-time girlfriend Shaquita "Monique" Moses. He is also survived by his stepsister, Stacy Milton of Sulphur LA, stepbrother, Lollo "Tiny" Francis, III of Rayne LA and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015, from 6:00-9:00 p.m., at King's Funeral Home and Funeral Service on Saturday, August 15, 2015, at 11:00 a.m.,at Word of Hope Family Worship center with a second visitation at 10:00 a.m. at the church. A Graveside Service immediately following at Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
