Jessica Jeanise Gibbs, 30, departed this life on Monday, November 30, 2020, at her residence in Lake Charles, LA.  She was born June 27, 1990, to Clayton Ward and Chris Ann Gibbs in Lake Charles, LA.  She worked at Walmart and L'auberge Casino until her death.  She loved reading, cooking, baking, and talking on the phone with family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memories her parents, Clayton Ward and Chris Ann Gibbs of Lake Charles, LA; one son, Nathaniel Gibbs of Lake Charles, LA; siblings, Mechelle Gibbs, Lee Gibbs, Keith Gibbs, Patriana Gibbs, Terrence Tramble and Patrick Owens all of Lake Charles, LA, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jaylee Jeanise Gibbs and grandparents, Jessie and Carroll Gibbs.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home.
