Obituary
John Edward Armstead, 69, died on Thursday, November 12, 2015, at his home, in DeQuincy, Louisiana, surrounded by his family. He was born on November 1, 1946, in Prichard, Alabama, to Edward and Bessie Mae Armstead.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church in DeQuincy, Louisiana, with Rev. Alvin Williams officiating. Burial will be in Community Cemetery in DeQuincy, under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
