Joshua "Kel" Moore, 17, departed this life on Saturday, March 12, 2022, in Children's Hospital of New Orleans in New Orleans, LA.  He was born July 16, 2004, to Joshua L. Moore and Angelique Fountain.  He was a senior at Lake Charles College Prep graduating class 2022.

He leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Joshua (Erica) Moore and Angelique (Jeremy) Fountain; seven brothers, D'Aundre, De'Lonte, Kayden, Kaysen, Kohen, Donald, and Daelon; three sisters, Jahzlynn, Sameria, and Navaeh all of Lake Charles, LA; five grandmothers, one grandfather, three Godmothers, two Godfathers and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, coaches, and classmates.

He was preceded in death by one maternal grandfather, two maternal great grandfathers, one maternal aunt, and great aunt, paternal grandmother and great uncle, and four cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at Mount Olive Baptist Church, Pastor Braylon Harris, officiating.  Burial will follow in Combre Memorial Park under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
