On Friday, July 16, 2020, Kendra Sasha Johnson departed this life in Roanoke LA. She was born on August 9, 1987 to Sandra Prudhomme and James Johnson, Sr. She was a 2006 graduate of Welsh High School and later attended Southern University.

She leaves to mourn her parents Sandra Prudhomme of Roanoke, LA and James Johnson, Sr., of Denver, Colorado; sister Jameshia (Brian) Paddio of Roanoke, LA; brother James Johnson, Jr of Denver, Colorado; grandmother,Josephine Simon of Roanoke, LA.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John W. Simon, Sr., Walter and Mildred Johnson, and two uncles, Jason Simon and Walter Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at Mt. Triumph Baptist Church, Roanoke, LA. Burial will follow in Eastridge Cemetery under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
