Landry "BaBa" Jacob Jr., 63, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at LSU Health Hospital-Shreveport surrounded by his mother , Oneta Burks and Nephew, Maurice O'Brien. He was born July 29,1948 in Lake Charles, LA, and was the oldest of 4 children. In his early years, he worked for the City of Lake Charles for 11 years and then he became Self Employed as a Professional Drywall Finisher and Painter until he became ill. He is survived by his loving mother, Oneta Jacob Burks, two daughters, Mechelle Jacob of Lake Charles, LA and Ashley Jacob of Houston, TX. Two sisters, Frence Jacob Berry of Lake Charles, LA and Barbara Jacob of San Jose, CA. A loving Aunt, Ivory Davidson, of Seaside CA and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his Father Landry Jacob, Sr.
