Lee Arion Thomas Sr.

Lee Arion Thomas, 74, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital with his devoted wife by his side. Lee was born on April 24, 1952, in Ville Platte, Louisiana, to the union of Lester and Essie Joseph Thomas.

Lee worked as a mechanic, but it was more than just a job to him. He enjoyed restoring vehicles as well as fishing. On November 7, 1998, Lee and Denise Lindsey were united in holy matrimony.

He was preceded in death by his father; Lester Thomas and sisters: Ethal Thomas and Louisa Arvie.

Left to cherish his precious memories are his wife, Denise Thomas; sons, Anthony Gallow, David Martin, and Lee A. Thomas Jr.; mother, Essie J. Thomas; brother, Warren (Betty) Joseph; sisters, Rose Thomas, Annie (Peter) Guillory, Marion Thomas; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at King's Funeral Home on Saturday, May 16, 2026, with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM until the start of the funeral service at 11:00 AM. Under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
