Lisa Gail Batiste, 53, departed this life on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, in a hospice facility in Lake Charles, LA.  She was born October 29, 1971, to David Lee Hines and Julia Lee Houston in Lake Charles, LA.  She worked at Resthaven Nursing Home until her retirement.  She loved singing, dancing and making memories with her family.

She leaves to cherish her memories her fiancé, Kevin Williams; five children, Jasmin, Diamond, Michael, Sierra and Damonte' Batiste all of Lake Charles, LA; her siblings, Theo Hines, Andre Hines, both of Oakdale, LA and Belinda Williams of Lake Charles, LA ; twelve grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services for Ms. Batiste will be held on Tuesday, May 27 at 12:00 pm, with Visitation starting at 10am, in King's Funeral Home Chapel at 1611 Gerstner Memorial Drive, Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Cremation services are entrusted to King's Funeral Home following services.
