Lisa Ann Denton , 53, departed this life on Sunday, February 18, 2018, at her residence in Lake Charles, LA. She was born on February 9, 1965, to Bobby Edwards, Sr., and Annie Celestine Bushnell in Lafayette, LA.

She leaves to cherish sweet memories to her mother, Annie Bushnell; her husband, Herbert Denton, Sr.; one daughter, Mallory Chatman; one son, Herbert Denton, Jr.; her siblings, Bobby Edwards, Jr. (Brenda), Patricia Stevenson (Carnell), and Lynettea Johnson (Robert) and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Edwards, Sr., her grandfather, Whitney Celestine, Jr., and stepfather, James Bushnell.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., and funeral service at 12:00 noon, at King's Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Orange Grove Cemetery under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
