Paul Beason, Jr., 60, departed this life on Friday, January 23, 2018, at Christus St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles, LA. He was born on October 26, 1957, to Paul Beason, Sr., and Dora Mae Johnson Beason. He worked at Firestone and Conoco Chemical until his health failed.

He leaves to mourn his children, Derrick Johnson and DeKenya (Gregory) Poullard; two brothers, Michael (Mona) Eddie and Gregory (Kirsten) Eddie; three grandchildren, Demonta Brignac, Kevin Johnson and Greysen Poullard and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home.
