Perry Ray Celestine , 54, departed this life on Friday, March 11, 2022, in a local hospital in Lake Charles, LA.  He was born March 30, 1967, to Whitney Celestine, Sr., and Mary Mae Celestine in Lafayette, LA.  He was a self-employed construction worker and loved visiting with family and friends.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Mary Mae Celestine of Lake Charles, LA; four brothers, Jimmy (Cat) Celestine, Whitney Celestine, Jr., Ronald (Laverne) Celestine and Anthony (Angela) Celestine; two sisters, Catherine Celestine and Angela Celestine all of Lake Charles, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Whitney Celestine, Sr., two sisters, Virginia Griffin and Carolyn Gum and one brother, Darrell Celestine, Sr.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home.
