Peter Dennis Landry, Jr., 63 , departed this life on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 16, 1954, to the late Peter Dennis Landry, Sr., and Delores G. Landry in Lake Charles, LA. He worked for Lake Charles Regional Airport for 10 years and later for Louisiana Pigment until his retirement. He served in the United States Army for nine years and received an honorable discharge. He was a friend to everyone he knew and never met a stranger.

He and his friends enjoyed playing softball with their team, The Majic Sticks, and listening to jazz music at his favorite place, the civic center. He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboy fan.

He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 27 years, Denise Davis; three children, Keylin (Ty) Duhon of Atlanta, GA, LaTonia Thibodeaux and Ahsia King both of Lake Charles, LA; two sisters, Nedra Landry of Lake Charles, LA and Sarah Ann Brown of Houston, TX; two brothers, Marty P. (Marilyn) Landry of Iowa, LA and Darrell (Kitty) Landry of Lake Charles, LA; six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Delores Landry, Sr., and his grandparents, Irene and Preston Goodly.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home.
