Raymond Harris, Jr., 67, departed this life on Saturday, April 10, 2021, in Memorial Herman Hospital in Katy, TX.  He was born September 15, 1953, to Raymond Harris, Sr., and Mary Emma Fontenot in Lake Charles, LA.  He worked at McNeese State University until his retirement.

He leaves to cherish his memories his siblings, Junior Roy Fontenot, George (Laura) Harris, Roy (Judy) Harris, Theresa Baldwin, Barbara (Stanley) Neal, Beverly (Greg) Green, Christina (Dennis) Reynolds and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Harris, Sr., and Mary Emma Fontenot and one sister, Vergie Marie Harris.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home
