Ritha Hebert, 81, departed this life on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital in Lake Charles, LA.  She was born April 6, 1940, to Philogene Gradney and Theresa Simien Gradney in Bell City, LA.  She was a homemaker. She enjoyed the Lord and spending time with her grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memories her sons, Joseph Scott Hebert, Sr., of Westlake, LA and Timothy Michael Hebert of Lake Charles, LA; good friend, Tammy Smith; Goddaughter, Julia Victorian; 18 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and church members.

She was preceded by her husband, Joseph Caesar Hebert and three daughters, Helen Hayes, Christine Hebert and Lynette Castillo.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., and funeral service at 1:00 p.m., at King's Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in St. John Catholic Church Cemetery in Lacassine, LA, under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
