Rosa Mae Dailey Breaux peacefully passed away on the 12th day of April 2026 with her daughter by her side. She was a previous resident of a local long-term facility, but she recently moved in with her daughter Sherry, who lovingly cared for her. Rosa was born on August 6, 1949 to the union of Agnes Guidry Dailey and Offord Daily.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Diana Guidry, and her son, Robert Lee Guidry. She will also be met in Heaven by her sisters, Rose Ella (her twin), Elnora (Sis), Enola, and Dorothy; and her brothers Neacy, Robert, Riley, Anson, Allen, and twin brothers UV, and JV.

Rosa leaves to cherish her beautiful memories, her daughter, Sherry Guidry of Hayes, Louisiana; brother, Ray Allen Daley of Rayne, Louisiana; three grandchildren, Jennifer Rougeau, Jason Rougeau, and Briana Guidry; and five great grandchildren, Zayden Rougeau, Kaydence Rougeau, Kynzie Rougeau, Kaymon Nixon, and Zeke Nixon.

At the wishes of the family, there will be no public funeral services. Cremation services are entrusted to King's Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations made in Rosa Breaux's honor to a Catholic Church of your choice in your area.

Rosa Mae Dailey Breaux’s life was a beautiful testament to the power of family, love, and faith. She will be dearly missed and forever cherished in the hearts of all who loved her.
