Samuel Lee McCullough , 71, departed this life on Friday, July 9, 2021, at his residence in Lake Charles, LA.  He was born March 1, 1950, to Corties McCullough and Fannie Bartie McCullough in Westlake, LA.  He worked as a fisherman in Cameron, LA until his retirement.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Ethel Mae McCullough; his children, Natasha McCullough, Samuel Epolite, Patrick McCullough and Tracy (Antoine) Bryant; 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Corties and Fannie McCullough; one brother, Curtis McCullough and one daughter, Pamela Harris.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home.
