Scierra D'Nille Thaxton , 25, departed this life on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. She was born on March 14, 1991, to Helen Williams and Adrian Thaxton in Fairville, North Carolina. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Evergreen Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Robert E. Campbell.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Helen (Gerry)Williams of Lake Charles, LA; her father, Lionel (Velina) Holloway of Lake Charles, LA; her biological father, Adrian Thaxton (Sarah Sturn) of Charlotteville, VA; two beautiful children, Brayden Thaxton and Grayson Schultz; her fiancé Nikki Schultz; three brothers, Justice Holloway, Lionel Holloway III, and Courtlin Holloway; four sisters, Daja Williams, Shunteri Williams, Shunkea Williams, and Deandra (Christian) Dominique; her grandfather, Willie G. Edwards and grandmother, Beanna Bryant, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her step grandfather, Mr. Ronald Bryant.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at 8:00 a.m. and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at Cathedral of Faith Baptist Church, with Rev. Arthur Cullivan, officiating and Minister J. T. Collins, co-officiating.
