Shaketta Ranee Livings "Sketta" 49, departed this life on Sunday, May 2, 2021, at Christus St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles, LA.  She was born December 20, 1971, to Harry James Livings and Idell Marie Robertson Livings in Houston, TX.  She worked in childcare over 15 years and became a caregiver for Comprehensive Care where she cared for her mother.  She attended Lake Charles Boston High School.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Idell Robertson Livings; three daughters, Ashley Livings (Donovan Woods), Serina Livings and Krystal Flournoy (Dartanion); one son, Devonte Guidroz; three sisters, Vanessa Tillman, Lisa Livings and Mechelle Newell; two brothers, Glenn Tillman and Harry J. Livings, Jr.; seven grandchildren, Akili Livings, Keynon Livings, Akira Livings, Akylie Woods, Madyson Flournoy, Dartanion Flournoy, Jr., and Dartex Flournoy and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harry James Livings; one sister, Bridgette Pryor; two brothers, Craig Tillman and Kenneth Tillman; grandmother, Mildred Fobbs Robertson; one aunt, Maryann Francis and one first cousin, Wilbert Lafleur, Jr.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. and funeral service at 3:00 p.m., at King's Funeral Home.
