Shannon Marie Moore was born on December 20, 1995, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, to the late Neal and Theresa Bowers. She later moved to Cleveland, Texas, with her parents, Rena Lambert Moore and Edward Moore Sr. She attended Sheppard High School before relocating to Louisiana. Shannon was known for her beautiful smile and loved her children with all her heart. Spending time with family was one of her favorite pastimes. She had a passion for pink, reading, and showcasing her latest fashions.

Shannon passed away on May 5, 2025, in Liberty, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Charlene Moore; her father, Edward Moore Sr.; her biological parents; her grandfather, Jonath Ray Lambert; and her great-grandparents, Theresa Bordelon Lambert and John Lambert Sr.

Those survivors who cherish her precious memories include her six children: Jeffery Grier, Anira Grier, Aurora Grier, Logan Grier, Jeremiah Moore, and Sophia Moore; her siblings Nikita Moore, Antonio Moore, Avita Bowers, Avonlea Nettingham, and Tyrese Bowers; her brothers Edward Moore Jr., Andre Moore Sr., Michael Moore Sr., Christopher Moore Sr. (Erica), Christian Moore (Dominique), and Matthew Moore; her mother Rena Lambert Moore; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Shannon on Friday, May 23 at 1pm in King's Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation of family and friends will be at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Lorraine Cemetery under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
