Steven John Bellard , 54, departed this life on Thursday, January 4, 2024, in Lake Charles, LA.  He was born May 27, 1969, to Alvin Bellard and Verlie Mae Riggs Bellard in Ville Platte, LA.  He worked construction at the local refineries.  He loved listening to music and spending time with family.

He leaves to cherish his memories his father, Alvin Bellard of Lawtell, LA; two brothers, Elton Bellard of Texas and David Bellard of Lake Charles, LA and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Verlie Mae Bellard and one sister, Alicia Bellard.
