Tracy Lee Carter, 61, departed this life on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at a local Hospital in Lake Charles, LA.  He was born July 16, 1962, to Willie Carter, Sr., and Josephine Landry Carter in Lake Charles, LA.  He worked construction at a local plant.  He loved football, dancing, and hanging with family and friends.

He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Jared "Tiger" Fobbs of Baton Rouge, LA; his siblings, Donna Dixson and Willie Hall both of Lake Charles, LA, Renee Whitfield of Houston, TX and Terry Grant of Arkansas; Godchild, Jordyn Fobbs of Lake Charles, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Highway 171 will never be the same. He will be greatly missed! Special thanks to Marion High Alumni and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Willie and Josephine Carter; one brother, Willie Carter, Jr., and two sisters, Remelda Jumper and Cynthia Feast.
