Troy O'neal Malveaux was born June 29, 1973 to Ervin and Lorena (Monroe) Malveaux in Jennings, LA. He attended Jennings High School.
Troy was a hard worker. He was employed at Farmers Rice Milling Company for thirteen years. Troy had a passion for fishing and obsession for football. Family and friends' gatherings were important to Troy. He always loved to cook his "special sauce" and enjoyed making everyone feel at home. He will be remembered for his caring spirit, acts of kindness, generosity and compassion in helping others.
Troy was preceded in death by his son, Kealon O'Neal Malveaux; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Loren Monroe; paternal grandparents, Nolan and Australia Malveaux, Sr., and his-in-laws, Howard and Majorie Yancy.
In the early morning of July 9, 2012 Troy departed this life when God sent his heavenly angels to bring his sweet caring child to external rest. Troy is survived by his wife, Rhonda Yancy-Malveaux; three children, Willis Boudreaux of Jennings, LA., Kasha Malveaux and Kiana Yancy both of Lake Charles, LA.; and one step-son Tremayne Pete of San Antonio, TX.; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ervine (Lorena) Malveaux, Sr. of Jennings, LA.; one brother, Ervin (Mary) Malveaux, Jr.; one sister, Australia Malveaux (Randy Williams) both of Lake Charles, LA.; one godmother, Dana (James) Withers of Lake Charles, LA.; one godchild, Idania Richard of Roanoke, LA.; a special friend, Alden Cormier of Jennings, LA., and host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, friends and co-workers.
