Vence Oubre Notto , 75, departed this life on Saturday, May 18, 2024, in Lake Charles, LA. He was born June 20, 1948, to Leo Notto, Sr. and Anna Bell Ledet Notto in Glencoe, LA.  He served his country in the United States Marine Corps with an honorable discharge.  He retired from Dupont in New Jersey and Calcasieu Parish Police Jury mosquito control in Lake Charles, LA.  He was a jokster that loved spending time with family, traveling and fishing.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Tasnee C. Leanmongkol; two children, Lysie Rouse (Aaron) and Vencent Notto, Sr; his siblings, Evelyn Notto of Glencoe, LA, Robin Landry of Baldwin, LA, Darrow Notto, Sr. (Belva) of Franklin, LA, Charlene Young (Phillip) of Four Corners, LA, Dianne Garrett of Montgomery, TX, Melvin Notto of Ashton, LA, Fay Olivier (Rocky) of Grand Marais, LA  and Sandra Washington (Gregory) of LaPlace, LA; seven grandchildren Vencent Notto, Jr., Shawn Notto, Aiesha Notto, Antanyse Wade, Amirah Rouse, Amir Rouse and Asherah Rouse and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Anna Bell Notto, Sr., and two brothers, Leo Notto, Jr., and Michael Notto.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., and funeral service at 12:00 p.m., at King's Funeral Home, Pastor Brent Keating, officiating.
